What is Travinity Club?
Travinity Club is an invite-only travel community that curates unique group trips for like-minded explorers. We’re not a typical travel agency — we’re a tribe where strangers become lifelong friends, sharing unforgettable journeys and deep connections across stunning destinations.
How do I join Travinity Club?
To join us, just fill out the request invite form available on our website or Instagram bio. Our team personally reviews every application to make sure each traveler aligns with the vibe of the club — fun, friendly, and open to meaningful experiences.
What criteria do you consider when reviewing applications?
We’re looking for people who are passionate about travel, open to new connections, and bring positive energy to the group. We consider:
Your travel interests & past experiences
Your vibe (via Instagram or LinkedIn profiles)
How well you align with our community’s spirit
Your willingness to explore, bond, and be respectful of others
No need to be an influencer — just be genuine!
How does it work?
Once you’re accepted, here’s how the magic happens:
We announce curated group trips on our website & Instagram. You apply for the trip you like.
Our team checks applications and selects 7–10 amazing humans per trip. You join a WhatsApp group to connect pre-trip.
A dedicated trip captain leads your journey, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
All co-travelers are vetted and verified. Safety is our top priority.
What’s the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
30+ days before the trip: 10% cancellation fee
15–30 days before the trip: 25% cancellation fee
7–15 days before the trip: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days: No refund
Please note that cancellation fees cover our fixed costs like bookings, logistics, and team effort.
Are the trips safe? Who leads them?
Absolutely. Your safety is non-negotiable.
All our accommodations, transport, and experiences are handpicked for hygiene and safety.
A trained trip captain is always present to manage logistics, ensure safety, and vibe with the group.
We maintain a balance between adventure and comfort — you’ll be in good hands!
